The early registration period for IEEE VIS 2019 lasts until September 20, 2019. Afterwards the standard registration fees apply.
Attendees should register online in advance and pay via credit card or wire transfer.
Full Week Registration Includes: Admission to all conference sessions, symposia, tutorials and workshops, Reception (Sunday), Banquet (Wednesday) and VIS 2019 proceedings available for download.
One Day Conference Registration Includes: One day admission to any conference sessions, symposia, tutorials and workshops for that day, and VIS 2019 proceedings available for download.
Two Day Conference Registration Includes: Two day admission to any conference sessions, symposia, tutorials and workshops for those days, and VIS 2019 proceedings available for download.
Keynote and Capstone Only Registration Includes: Access to keynote and capstone conference sessions.

IEEE, ACM and ISCB all allow member discounted prices.
All cancellations requested in writing and received before October 1, 2019 will be refunded, minus the cancellation fee of CAD $65. Special consideration for refund requests after this date will be done on a case-by-case basis.

Visa Assistance
For those requiring visas to come to Canada, request the visa during the registrtion peocess and provide the required information as you would like it to appear on the visa letter. An electronic version of the letter will be send to you and you can request a letter to be mailed as well. We will send the visa letter after registration and payment.
