VIS Preliminary Program

Program week at a glance

Below is a draft schedule the conference. Additional details for the events are available on their webpages, and more detailed information will be available soon on the virtual VIS website.

Room assignments are indicated by columns. The entire conference will run on Level Two of the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel. Here is a floor map.

Daily sessions are four blocks per day, each 75 minutes. Breakfast begins one hour before the sessions for the day (7:30am on Tuesday, 8:00am all other days). There are breaks for coffee from 10:15-10:45am and 3:15-3:45pm. A lunch break runs from 12:00-2:00pm each day. Regular day programming ends at 5:00pm, with after hours programming beginning after short breaks.
